CREW Program - Evolution of Work

Even before the pandemic, our attitudes towards work were evolving.  In response to pressure from employees, markets and society, organizations were trying to change their culture, company structures and facilities to create not only more profit, but also more equity.  Join us to discuss how this evolution was impacting the lives of women and explore whether the pandemic disruption can create the opportunity to accelerate the evolution of work to benefit us all.
