CREW Foundation

Director: Natalie Sherod

The Foundation Committee aka our Charitable Contributions Committee leads CREW San Diego’s philanthropic efforts by supporting initiatives that advance women in commercial real estate through education, research, and professional development.

Our work focuses on two key areas of impact. First, we support the CREW Network Foundation, which funds scholarships for women pursuing university-level education in commercial real estate–related fields and supports industry research that helps address the compensation and advancement gap for women in the industry.

Second, we support our local nonprofit, the Building Futures Foundation (BFF), which provides stipends to CREW San Diego members to support continuing education and professional development in the field of commercial real estate.

Through these efforts, the committee helps invest in both the future pipeline of women entering the industry and the continued growth and advancement of our members.
