Please join your fellow CREW San Diego Legacy Members (those with 5+ consecutive years of membership in CREW San Diego) for a project tour of Breakthrough Properties Torrey View Life Science Campus, followed by a happy hour at SkyDeck.

Torrey View is a 10-acre site located in the north end of the current San Diego life science cluster in the Del Mar Heights submarket. Nestled within dynamic hillside that has proven extremely appealing to commercial users, Torrey View is a Class A, multi-tenant life science campus with thoughtfully designed on-site amenities, including multiple dining venues, a Wright Fitness designed gym, a 400-person conference center and outdoor open space with multiple collaboration and mindfulness zones. The campus has ocean views toward Torrey Pines State beach and sits in close proximity to the existing San Diego lab cluster, one of the top life science markets in the world.
