Cygnet Theatre's new, permanent home is the Joan and Irwin Jacobs Performing Arts Center, also known as "The Joan," located in the Arts District Liberty Station. The center is a renovated historic building, Building 178, at 2880 Roosevelt Road, San Diego, CA 92106. The venue features a 280+ seat proscenium theater and a 150-seat flexible studio space, ADA-accessible seating, a rehearsal space, open-air lobby, bars, patios, restrooms, and parking. The project was a collaboration between Cygnet Theatre and the NTC Foundation.
