Attendees can expect a behind-the-scenes tour of Sterling Bay's Pacific Center, a new life sciences campus that is in its second year of development, located in San Diego's Sorrento Mesa district. This is a wonderful opportunity for university students to gain insight into the development process and learn more about the different roles in CRE and how they each form an integral part in executing large-scale projects like Pacific Center.

The team from Sterling Bay will be sharing their experience and insights with the project. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Due to the in-construction status of the site, closed-toed shoes will be required to be worn by all attendees of this event.
